New Jersey (NJ) Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractors Insurance

The Franchino Agency specializes in insurance for New Jersey Contractors, especially HEATING CONTRACTORS, AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS, HVAC CONTRACTORS, MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS. We currently insure over 1300 contractors.

We write the HVAC contractor who does residential, commercial or industrial heating and cooling of buildings. Hot air or hydronic. Refrigeration for food (freezers, refrigerators, walk-in -boxes, etc.) is a separate rating category. If much of this type of work is done please inform us for you will be rated in that category rather than the building heating / cooling category.  Only occasional work in New York.

We can provide General Liability alone or in a package that includes tools coverage, equipment, supplies, installation floaters, commercial automobile, commercial umbrella, etc.

General liability limits are available in the amounts of: $500,000. or $1,000,000. One million coverage is almost always chosen because the difference in premium is very little.

Here are two typical GENERAL LIABILITY packages for a ONE-PERSON OPERATION. If you have employees, please call for a custom quotation needs to be generated for you.
